The purpose of this announcement is to provide notice that the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Division of Contracting and General Services, Albuquerque, New Mexico intends to make a firm fixed price, sole source award to Microwave Telemetry Inc., Columbia, MD for 70-gram Argos/GPS solar PTT-100 Satellite Transmitters to be attached to Golden Eagles. This acquisition is for twelve transmitters for the continued deployment and use on Golden Eagles. This sole source award would provide for radios that are safe for the Eagles and meet the required data needs. This announcement is published as a Sole Source in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. This is not a request for competitive quotes. The intent of this Pre-Solicitation Notice is for informational purposes only.
