Project 568-12-105, Replace Hospital Windows, Ph 3

This project will replace windows and remove and in-fill curtain walls at the VA Black Hills Medical Center, Fort Meade, SD. Work includes demolition, new aluminum windows, masonry infill, incidental mechanical and electrical work, and a new enclosed storage addition of approximately 420 square feet.

Award of this project shall be in accordance with Public Law (PL) 109-461, the Veterans Benefits, Health Care and Information Technology Act of 2006. It is set-aside 100% for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). All SDVOSBs must be registered in the Central Contractors Registry (CCR); http://www.ccr.gov, the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA); https://orca.bpn .gov as well as certified in the VetBiz Vendor Information Pages (VIP) database; www.VetBiz.gov, to be eligible for award. Technical and Cost proposals will be accepted from responsible and responsive contractors only. This project is subject to the Davis-Bacon Act.
