SUBJECT: Pre-solicitation Notice for maintenance of housing facilities and ground maintenance at Villaggio della Pace and various locations in Vicenza area, Italy.DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE: maintenance of housing facilities and ground maintenance at Villaggio della Pace and various locations in Vicenza area, Italy. LOCATION OF THE WORK: The site of the proposed work is Vicenza area, Italy. AWARDING PROCEDURE: The awarding procedure will be clearly indicated in the Solicitation. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: One base year plus two option years. SOLICITATION AND DRAWINGS: The solicitation, drawings and technical specifications will be posted on the Army Single Face to Industry web site: https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/solicitation_search_form.cfm; solicitation N. W912PF-12-R-0001. SITE VISIT: A site visit will be tentatively held the 22 November 2011 at 09:00am. WHERE TO MEET FOR THE SITE VISIT: A-4 highway, Vicenza East exit, parking lot on the left exiting from the toll booth. A Government bus will take the vendors to Villaggio della Pace. We recommend to be on time. Only those who have provided the appropriate personal information via email will be able to enter Villaggio housing. HOW TO PARTICIPATE: In order to participate all interested parties are invited to indicate their interest by submitting a written request not later than 15 November 2011 to the following e-mail address: elisa.marchetti@eur.army.mil. Please indicate in the subject "Military Family Housing Maintenance, Vicenza, Italy". Include the name of the company, address, phone number and e-mail address. Also, all interested parties shall include the following information of the company representative/s (not more than two) selected to participate in the site visit: FIRST NAME, LAST NAME, DATE OF BIRTH, CITIZENSHIP, TYPE OF ID DOCUMENT (ID CARD, DRIVER'S LICENSE, AND/OR PASSPORT), AND DOCUMENT NUMBERS. Personal data of the representatives will be forwarded to the security authorities for screening in order to obtain access authorization to the military installation.
