Site Prep for 2 Each 96ft x 56ft Modular Buildings:



Project 673-10-876 Alpha & Bravo Team Modular Building Site Prep



(a) Provide electrical service to modular building panels per code and manufactures instructions and Tampa VA layout drawing and specifications.



(b) Provide Steel VA 1:20 ratio Handicap ramps and decking for modular building per layout and specifications.



(c) Provide domestic water service to modular buildings and toilet modular building.



(d) Provide Data and voice connections from comm. room in T-59 to modular buildings. 24 fiber multi-mode and 100pair copper.



(e) Provide pumping station and sewer drain lines from modular building to nearest sewer tie-in.



(F) Canopy 10ft x 56 ft over entrance side of modular building.



(G) Other Site prep items listed on layout and specifications.
