The Mali Warehouse is a design-build project for the construction of a logistics storage warehouse, approach roadway, site development, water well and storage tank along with associated utilities. The utilities include containerized ablution units, generator installation and connection to the new facilities and existing facilities. The electrical generator work includes design and construction of a concrete containment for the movement and connection of a 4000L fuel tank. The base bid includes the construction of the warehouse and generator work with all other work as options.Period of construction for the base bid must be complete and fully functional no later than 15 December 2011 (approximately 90 days) with the optional items completed and functional no later than 15 January (approximately 120 days).
