The Contractor shall provide all parts, labor, tools, equipment, materials, transportation and supervision necessary to provide Shop Towel Rental for various locations in ND, MN & WI in accordance with the projects specifications, solicitation and contract documents. This project is Unrestricted for all responsible and responsive business concerns under NAICS 812332 with a small business size standard of $7.0 million. All responsible and responsive business sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by this agency. This procurement will be solicited in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures of FAR Part 13. The Request for Quotes will be available electronically at http://www.fedbizopps.gov on or about 3 September 2010 and quotes will be due on or about 9 September 2010.
