The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to provide contracted supplies and services, unless specified as provided by the Government. Services include, but are not limited to: Lodging for the 302nd in Southport, NC for 1 May - 21 May 2012 and 29 May - 18 June 2012. Target start date is on 1 May 2012. Specifications/performance work statement will be included in the solicitation. This is a commercial acquisition. This solicitation is a request for quote and is issued as unrestricted with a primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) of 721110. The entire solicitation will be made available on or about 6 February 2012 via Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition to Business Website located at https://acquisition.army.mil. The required response date will be stated in the solicitation. Please note the response date listed with this pre-solicitation notice is not the actual due date. The actual due date will be stated in the solicitation. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-43. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed. All potential sources must obtain a DUNS number and register in the Central Contractor Register (CCR) in order to transact business with the government. Failure to obtain a DUNS number and register in the CCR may result in the delay of award of a contract or possible award to the next otherwise successful offeror who is registered in the CCR at the time of award.
