Defense Logistics Agency Energy (DLA Energy) intends to competitively solicit and award three requirements for the United States Embassy located in Kabul, Afghanistan; using best value source selection procedures. The first requirement is FOB Origin within city limits for an anticipated 4,000,000 US gallons of diesel fuel (SPEC GOST 305-82; NSN 9140-01-492-7612). The second requirement is FOB Destination for an anticipated 800,000 US gallons of diesel fuel (SPEC GOST 305-82; NSN9140-01-492-7612). The third requirement is for an anticipated 880,000 US gallons unleaded automobile gasoline (NSN: 9130-01-526-4844). This is a multi-year procurement with one (1) option year; period of performance is September 01, 2012 through August 31, 2014. The solicitation will be issued on or about November 07 2011.
