South Tyneside Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced design and build organisations to design and construct a business centre office building completed and ready for occupation including drainage external works services and other works.
The gross internal floor area is anticipated as being from 2,500 to 3,000 sq. m office block construction work.
