A description of measures for ensuring quality control including reference to any independent certificated audit standard achieved e.g ISO 9000.
A statement of health and safety policy or policy document including specific goals and requirements for health and safety.
A copy of the companies environmental policy or statement committing the company to a programme of improvement in its environmental impact. Please provide details of any Independent environmental management certification e.g. ISO 14000.
The relevant experience and the track record of the organisation in the provision and installation of flask leak testing equipment.
Details of any recent projects, similar in nature, involving methods, including contacts for references which may be taken up without further reference to the applicant.
The educational and professional qualifications of the provider or contractor and/or those of the undertakings managerial staff and, in particular, those of the person or persons responsible for providing the services or managing the work.
Dounreay Site Restoration Limited may wish to inspect previous installations completed by Contractors/Contractors manufacturing premises as part of the prequalification process.
A statement of the tools, plant or technical equipment available to the provider or contractor for carrying out the contract.
An indication of the proportion of the contract which the provider intends to subcontract.

Annul - Dounreay Site Restoration Limited reserve the right to annul the tendering process and not award a contract.
Sub-contract - Dounreay Site Restoration Limited work within strict safety guidelines and you will be required to specify and justify any proposals to subcontract.

Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: Dounreay Site Restoration Limited will incorporate a minimum 10 calendar day standstill period (or 15 days if non electronic or fax methods used) at the point that information on the award of the contract is communicated to tenderers. If an appeal regarding the award of contract has not been successfully resolved then the Public Contract (Scotland) Regulations 2006 provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm of the rule to take action in the Sheriff Court of Court of Session. Any such action must be brought promptly within 3 months generally.
