Public utilities. Improved Tented Camps (ITC) are deployed to provide living accommodation for Personnel. ITC and Temporary Deployed Accommodation (TDA) form the tier 1 element of Expeditionary Campaign Infrastructure (ECI). The ITC system is highly deployable, easily constructed and provides unit level domestic and basic accommodation. This requirement includes various spares including Ablutions Units, Incinerators, Laundry Units, Basic Field Hygiene (BFHE), Operational Hygiene System (OHE), Pump Pressurisation Unit (PPU), Field Feeding Units, Water Product Spares.

Details of the requirement with forecasted quantities will be provided with the ITT. However a PQQ may be used to down select to a maximum of six suppliers. Award may be used to aid this process.
Suppliers must submit the following information with their expressions of interest.
1) A copy of ISO 9001: 2008 accreditation.
2) A statement of adherence to AQAP 2120 - excluding Par 5.4 with appropriate scope.
3) A statement confirming the use of Purchase to Payment (P2P) in any subsequent contract/s.
Failure to provide this information will exclude the supplier from further consideration.
A reverse auction may be used to aid the achievement of value for money taking into consideration overall cost effectiveness.

Battle Field Hygiene Spares (BFHE): These spares are to repair the following BFHE equipment: water heater, water pump, generator, water tank, wash basin kit and the tented shower system.
OHS spares for OHS PSP: The OHSP PSP has been designed to provide shower and changing facilities for detached units, providing hot shower facilities for up to 15 persons at a time.

The Ablution Unit is housed in a 20'ISO container. The unit comprises of 3 shower cubicles, 3 toilet cubicles, 4 stainless sink units with a hot and cold mixed tap, a mirror with an overhead light and shelf is located above each sink. The stainless steel urinal is fitted with a push operated flush button located on top of the cistern.

The ITC laundry provides on site laundry facilities for use within camps and is constructed from an insulated 20' ISO container. Contained within the unit are: washing machines, ironing facility, peripheral regeneration unit, sink unit, heater unit and extractor fan.
OHS spares for OHS LT: The Operational Hygiene Unit (OHS) Laundry Transportable (LT) is a 20' long insulated container. It includes a diesel generator to power the unit, two washer/extractors, two driers and an air conditioning unit.
