Barking, Havering and Redbridge University Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking to procure an IT-based solution to meet the challenge of obtaining 'real-time' patient feedback. The chosen system must be simple for patients and staff to operate, with functionality to produce detailed reports for use at ward and for assurance to the Trust Board. Ideally, the system will be sufficiently flexible to enable the Trust to determine location-specific or treatment-specific questions alongside a core survey.
To source and provide hardware that is user friendly and meets the needs of inpatients, outpatients and staff and a range of flexible survey and audit facilities that will inform the Trust of the patient experience in terms of details and comments that has the ability to provide feedback and drill down for more complex reporting on demand.
