II.2.1)Total quantity or scope
Eastern Procurement Consortium members MAY chose to utilise this arrangement and enter into contract depending upon suitability of their properties and availability of funding. The avaiulability of grant and funding according to business need will aslo affect spend. EPC members are seeking to ptocure alternative delivery options by means of this procurement to be able to purchase (subject to the above).
a. Supply of MCS Accredited Monocrystalline photo-voltaic panels together with other components or "house" kits sufficient to enable EPC members to access the Feed In Tariff scheme;
b. Supply and installation of MCS Accredited Monocrystalline photo-voltaic panels and other components to enable EPC members to access the Feed In Tariff scheme;
c. Installation of free issued photo-voltaic panels and other components to enable EPC members to access the Feed In Tariff scheme;
d. Supply, install (c above) and finance the overall project keeping a proportion of the Feed in Tariff.
Actual spend will depend upon the decisions of individual members to join the arrangement and this may be affected by factors including suitability of properties to accept solar heating and evidence of achievable reasonable returns on investments made. No volume commitments can be made until these factors are fully assessed by individual EPC members. As such a likely range has been given.

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if requirements are met: All applicants will be asked to confirm in a pre-qualification questionnaire that none of the conditions set out in Article 45 of Directive 2004/18/EC apply to their organisation or expression of interest.
