(i) The Trust does not accept any liability for any costs incurred by parties responding to this notice or any subsequent PPQ that may be issued, or any invitation to tender.
(ii) The Trust reserves the right to issue a PPQ.
(iii) The Trust does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender, and also reserves the right not to make an award, or make an award on a shared or sole supplier basis.
(iv) Tenders to short listed companies will be issued electronically. A current e-mail address must be provided with an expression of interest.
(v) The selected suppliers will be expected to supply all haemofiltration consumables and fluids from within their range as are required by the contracting authority from time to time. Future additions to their ranges will also be included.
