The contract involves design and construction of approximately 60 new build social housing for rent units on a brown field site in the Gallowgate area of Glasgow. The development is likely to include a mix of 2 and 3 storey properties comprising houses and flats. We have appointed a design team to develop the scheme design to RIBA Plan of Work Stage D. If you are invited to tender, you will need to further develop the design to RIBA Plan of Work Stage E as part of your tender submission. The development is likely to include a mix of 2 and 3 storey properties comprising houses and flats. We have appointed a design team to develop the scheme design to RIBA Plan of Work Stage D. This will form the basis of Employer's Requirements which will be set out in the invitation to tender. If you are invited to tender, you will be required to develop Contractor's Proposals which satisfy these requirements and to submit them with your tender.
