The Authority has an urgent requirement, Possible Future Purchase of approx. 5 000 Camelbak Rucksacks in Multi-cam pattern as follows: 4 000 Camelbak Motherlode Rucksacks manufacturers part no. 61689 and 1 000 Camelback BFM Rucksacks manufacturers Part No 61763 both in Multi-Cam pattern.

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: The Authority will apply all the offences listed in Article 45(1) of Directive 2004/18/EC (implemented as Regulation 23(1) of the Public Contract Regulations (PCR) 2006 in the UK) and all of the professional misconducts listed at Article 45(2) of Directive 2004/18/EC (see also Regulation 23(2) in the PCR 2006) to the decision of whether a Candidate is eligible to be invited to tender.

Potential Suppliers are to respond by email followed up by hard copy to Neil Smith, email DESLEICG-PCE-Comrcl1c@mod.uk with the following information: trading name of your company and point of contact details; confirmation that you can supply the required products as stated in this Possible Future Purchase; details, RoM, Unit Price Costs and delivery timelines, if awarded a contract by 12.3.2012. Additionally detail what products could be manufactured before 31.3.2012 and what products could be delivered by 31.3.2012. Confirm what ISO accreditation you hold. This advert is a Possible Future Purchase and is without commitment from the Authority. The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
