AG-94TZ-S-12-0005Issue: January 20, 2012 Due: February 9, 2012 S-Utilities and housekeeping services Total Small Business Set Aside 561720-Janitorial Services The Tonto National Forest, Mesa Ranger District, Arizona, requires janitorial services for the lower Salt River, Saguaro Lake and Canyon Lake at various recreation sites for the period of: on or about March 2, 2012 through March 1, 2013 (base period) with the provision of (four) one-year option periods. The services include but are not limited to cleaning and sanitizing inside the toilet structures and fixtures, outside structure cleaning, trash pickup within defined areas around the toilet structures, and sweeping of the walkways, and placement of the trash into designated dumpsters. Services shall be performed as specified in the solicitation and resulting contract. Estimated issue date of the solicitation is on or about January 20, 2012. This is a 100% set-aside for small businesses. Simplified Acquisition Procedures under Commercial Item Acquisitions will be used for this solicitation. NAICS code is 561720 and the small business size standard is $16.5 million dollars. All responsible sources may submit a quotation that will be considered. The award of this contract is contingent upon the availability of funds.
