The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract. Requirement: Furnish all labor, services, equipment, personnel, supervision, materials, supervision, transportation, and other incidentals necessary to perform toxic materials removal and demolition of 20 residential quarters units and a dormitory on the Tohono O'odham Nation, Pima County, Arizona. All work shall be in accordance with this contract, the statement of work and all applicable Federal, State, Tribal and Local Codes and Regulations. ESTIMATED PRICE RANGE IS BETWEEN $500,000.00 AND $1,000,000.00. BID BOND IS REQUIRED - 20% OF THE BID PRICE.
