PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICEGENERAL DESCRIPTION OF WORK This project is to remove the mine waste deposits along St. Louis Creek and East Fork, consolidating them in a repository to be constructed in the East-end of the excavated mine site. The repository and those wastes not moved to repository will be covered with native borrow material obtained from the footprint of the repository. The site has been categorized into 4 areas. Solicitation and drawings will be posted to this site approximately 3/26/10. Small business size standard for this project is 500 employees. All question conserning this project shall be submitted in writing via email to contact provided.
