Upphandlingen avser ramavtal för entreprenörer inom kategori byggnadsarbeten för underhålls- och ombyggnadsarbeten i Beställarens fastighetsbestånd. Avtal kommer att tecknas med tre (3) entreprenörer. Avrop sker enligt rangordningsprincipen vilket innebär att entreprenör som erhållit lägst pris tillfrågas först och om denne inte kan ställs frågan till nr. 2 i rangordningen o.s.v.
För större omfattning av arbeten som anges ovan med en uppskattad uppdragsvolym inom intervallet > 250 000 SEK < 2 000 000 SEK, upphandlas enligt s.k. förnyad konkurrensutsättning med det antagna ramavtals-entreprenörerna. De delar i denna handling som särskilt avser den förnyade konkurrensutsättningen anges på följande sätt ”Förnyad konkurrensutsättning”. I samband med ny förfrågan kan justeringar av de administrativa föreskrifter förekomma. I så fall anges det i förfrågan.
Vid uppskattade uppdrag större än > 2 000 000 SEK görs en ny upphandling.
Bostadsstiftelsen Signalisten har under 2010 upphandlat de tjänster som efterfrågas med ett belopp om cirka 17 000 000 SEK.
Beställaren kommer sannolikt inte avropa till samma volym som anges och beloppen kan förändras från år till år. Vidare garanteras inga volymer.
