Uppdraget avser lokalvårdstjänster uppdelat på följande tjänsteområden:
A. trapphus, verksamhetslokaler samt tvättstugor - tjänsteområdet innefattar dels regelbunden lokalvård av trapphus och verksamhetslokaler dels storstädning av trapphus, verksamhetslokaler och tvättstugor efter avrop;
B. kontor och lokaler i utrymmen avsedda för Beställarens interna verksamhet - tjänsteområdet innefattar dels regelbunden lokalvård av kontor och lokaler dels maskinell golvvård (rengöring och polering) och extra insatser efter avrop;
C. lägenheter (flytt- samt reparationsstädning) - tjänsteområdet innefattar flytt- och reparationsstädning av lägenheter efter avrop.
Ramavtal kommer att tecknas med en (1) entreprenör/tjänsteområde (A, B och C).
