Synopsis:

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command-West, Presidio of Monterey has a requirement for CUSTODIAL SERVICE at USARC, El Paso, TX. This project will consist of, but is not limited to the following: Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, and all other supplies and services to manage and perform all operations for custodial service. This will include wipe/clean/disinfect toilets, urinals, lavatories, showers, traps, mirrors, fixtures, and drinking fountains. Also, includes removing trash/recycle from trash containers, recycle bins, and police grounds. In addition, duties include vacuum all carpeted floors, sweep/mop/spray buff all hardwood floors, and dust mats. Contractor shall maintain an adequate supply of toilet paper, paper towels, and soap in the latrines at all times. Square footage frequency chart and floor plans will be provided in the solicitation for this project. This is a FY11 requirement. Solicitation number is W9124N-11-T-0002 will be available on or about 9 September 2010.

A SITE VISIT will be scheduled and date/time and location will be annotated in the solicitation.

Proposals are due Friday, 1 October 2010 at 10:00 a.m. (Pacific Standard Time).

This acquisition is set-aside 100% for Small Businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 561720 with a size standard of $16.5M. Performance period is one base year (12 months). The contract will be a single award, Firm-Fixed-Price type contract.
