This is a formal Sources Sought request for the following requirement:

Concessionaire Service for Route 16, a Government-owned restaurant on Yokota Air Base.

The contractor shall provide all materials and services necessary to provide and sell in accordance with the terms and conditions and trade practices.

This is a nonappropriated fund purchase and it does not obligate appropriated funds of the United States Government. Nonappropriated funds are generated by the military community through the sale of goods and services and the collection of fees and charges for participation in military community programs. This purchase does not involve federal tax dollars.

NOTE:

Solicitation issuance and closing dates will be posted later. The Government anticipates a relatively short solicitation period (approximately 1 week) once the solicitation is finalized and all documents have been uploaded. It is the offeror's responsibility to check the firm dates at block 6 & 8 of SF 1449, once the solicitation is released, to ensure submission of your offer in a timely manner.
