III.1.1)Deposits and guarantees required:
Cuantum: 120 000 RON;
Perioada de valabilitate: 90 zile de la data limita de depunere a ofertelor;
Constituita prin:
a) scrisoare de garantie bancara, în favoarea autoritatii contractante, în original, cu valabilitate de 90 zile;
b) ordin de plata depus în contul autoritatii contractante (cont IBAN RO07RZBR0000060004536569, deschis la Raiffeisen Bank Tg-Jiu);
c) alte forme legale de garantare emise de societati de asigurari. Garantia de participare se va retine in cuantum de 8 383,2 RON in situatia prevazuta la art. 278^1 din OUG nr. 34/2006. Furnizorul se obliga sa constituie garantia de buna executie a contractului in cuantum de 5 % din valoarea initiala a contractului, fara TVA, prin: Scrisoare de garantie bancara cu valabilitatea mai mare cu 15 zile decat termenul de finalizare al contractului sau alt instrument de garantare emis de o societate de asigurari.

Cerinta obligatorie: prezentare Certificat constatator emis de ONRC din care sa rezulte obiectul de activitate al operatorului economic. Obiectul contractului trebuie sa aiba corespondent în codul CAEN din certificatul constatator emis de ONRC.
Certificatul constatator trebuie emis cu maxim 30 de zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor si prezentat in original, copie legalizata sau copie lizbila cu mentiunea "conform cu originalul". In cazul in care ofertantul clasat pe primul loc depune acest certificat in copie simpla, inainte de comunicarea rezultatului procedurii, acesta trebuie depus in copie legalizata sau in original.

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: Experienta similara in livrarea de produse similare a caror cantitate sa fie de cel putin 3 000 tone.
Ofertantul va prezenta documente/certificate emise de organisme independente, prin care se atesta respectarea Standardul European de calitate ISO 9001/2008 sau echivalent.

Additional information about electronic auction: Aceasta se va desfasura intr-o singura runda cu durata de 1 (una) zi, unde, operatorii economici admisi pot imbunatati oferta financiara. Pe parcursul licitatiei electronice ofertantii vor putea vedea clasamentul si cea mai buna oferta. Data si momentul de start si sfarsit al licitatiei electronice, informatiile relevante referitoare la echipamentul electronic folosit, conditiile tehnice si modalitatile concrete de realizare a conectarii, vor fi transmise de catre SEAP. În cazul în care doua sau mai multe oferte contin în cadrul propunerii financiare acelasi pret, autoritatea contractanta va solicita ofertantilor reofertarea in plic inchis, in vederea departajarii ofertelor.
