Garantia de participare în valoare de 1,5 % din valoarea estimata fara TVA, respectiv: 490 609,65 RON. Garantie de buna executie 5 % din valoarea contractului fara TVA.

Din bugetul Consiliului Judetean Bihor.

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if requirements are met: — Declaratia de eligibilitate,
— Declaratia de neîncadrare în prevederile art. 181 din OUG 34/ 2006,
— Îndeplinirea obligatiilor de plata catre bugetul general consolidat si bugetul local la data de 31.7.2010 sau o data ulterioara acesteia,
— Certificat constatator emis de oficiul registrului comertului.

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if requirements are met: — Prezentarea unei declaratii privind cifra medie de afaceri pe ultimii 3 ani (2007, 2008 si 2009),
— Prezentarea bilanturilor contabile pe anii 2007,2008 si 2009.
Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required Pentru a fi calificat ofertantul trebuie:
— sa aiba o cifra medie de afaceri pe ultimii 3 ani de cel putin 65 414,620 RON.

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if requirements are met:
— Se va prezenta o lista a lucrarilor relevante similare (Cod CPV45233120-6 Lucrari de constructii de drumuri) executate în ultimii 5 ani,
— Se vor prezenta informatii privitoare la personalul tehnic de specialitate de care dispune,
— Se va prezenta o declaratie referitoare la instalatiile, utilajele sau echipamentele tehnice de care poate dispune operatorul economic pentru îndeplinirea contractului de executie lucrari,
— Lista cu subcontractantii (daca e cazul).
Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required
— Pentru a fi calificat ofertantul trebuie sa aiba executata în ultimii 5 ani una sau mai multe lucrari similare in valoare de minim 32 707 310 RON fara TVA,
— SR EN ISO 9001/2001 / SR EN ISO 9001:2008,
— SR EN ISO 14001/2005.
