III.1.1)Deposits and guarantees required:
Se solicita garantie de participare in cuantum de 18 000 RON.
Termenelul de valabilitate al garantiei de participare este de 30 de zile (conform art. 85 lit b din HG 925/2006). Garantia de buna executie se constituie printr-un instrument de garantare emis în conditiile legii de o societate bancara sau de o societate de asigurari, care devine anexa la contract conform art. 90 din HG 925/2006 sau prin retineri succesive din sumele datorate pentru facturi partiale, aceasta însa nu trebuie sa depaseasca 10 % din pretul contractului, fara TVA (in conf cu art 90/ HG 925/2006).

Scadenta se va efectua in luna anterioara depunerii ofertelor.
Pentru persoane juridice straine:
Operatorul economic va prezenta documente edificatoare(certificate, caziere judiciare,alte documente echivalente) prin care sa dovedeasca ca si-a indeplinit obligatiile de plata a impozitelor,taxelor si contributiilor catre buget.Documentele vor fi prezentate in traducere legalizata.
In situatia in care din documentele solicitate reiese ca ofertantul se afla intr-una din situatiile prevazute de art. 181 din O.U.G. nr. 34/2006, acesta va fi exclus de la procedura pentru atribuirea contractului de achizitie publica. Cerinta obligatorie:

— Ofertantul trebuie sa prezinte autorizatie de antrepozit fiscal, unitatea noastra fiind scutita de plata accizelor.
