In cazul in care ofertantul se incadreaza in categoria intreprinderilor mici si mijlocii, astfel cum acestea sunt definite prin Legea nr. 346/ 2004 privind stimularea infiintarii si dezvoltarii intreprinderilor mici si mijlocii, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, acesta beneficiaza de reducerea cu 50 % prevazuta de art. 16 alin.
