Garantia de participare: 500 000 ron. Garantia de buna executie: 5 % din valoarea contractului.

Finantare: surse proprii. Plata facturilor se efectueaza in termen de 30 zile de la data primirii lor de catre achizitor.

— Exper. simil minim 1 contract ce a avut ca obiect executie, montaj si punere in functiune statie de uscare cu TEG din ultimii 5 ani a carui val. sa fi fost de min. 38 000 000 RON,
— Daca ofertantul este intr-o asociere a mai multor operatori econ si nu este el insusi executant al statiei de uscare, atunci executantul statiei de uscare ofertate trebuie sa fie membru al asocierii,
— Cel putin 3 recomandari privind executia, montajul si punerea in functiune de statii de uscare gaze cu TEG,
— Certificate ISO 9001/2008, 14001, sau echivalent,
— Certificare standard OH SAS 18001 sau echivalent,
— Declaratie priv. utilajele, instalatiile, echipamentele tehnice,
— Dovada (atestatul) ca ofertantul are ca personal angajat- un resp. tehnic ce executia-autorizat MEC si MLPAT sau echivalent si un verificator de proiect-autorizat MEC sau echivalent,
— Autorizatie ANRGN, tip PP, tip EP, tip PDI, tip EDI, Autorizatie ANRE tip C1B,tip C2B,
— Atestare tip ATEX pt. proiectare si exec. lucrari in medii cu potential exploziv,
— Marcare CE pt utilaje si instalatia de ansamblu conform Directivei Europene PED 97/23/EC,
— Informatii privind subcontractantii.
