— Declaratie privind eligibilitatea,
— Declaratie privind neîncadrarea în prevederile Art. 181 din OUG 34/2006,
— Certificate de atestare fiscala privind îndeplinirea obligatiilor de plata eliberat de DGFP,
— Certificate privind taxele si impozitele locale,
— Certificat constatator emis de Oficiul Registrul Comertului,
— Certificat de înregistrare fiscala (CUI),
— Declaratie privind neincadrarea in prevederile art. 691, din OUG 34/2006.

Fisa de informatii generale, Cifra medie de afaceri a ofertantului pe ultimii 3 ani (2007, 2008, 2009) sa fie egala sau mai mare de 260 000 RON.
Bilantul de verificare contabila 31.12.2009.

— Lista principalelor livrari de produse în ultimii 3 ani,
— Prezentarea unui contract avand ca obiect livrarea de produse cu o valoare de de cel putin 130 000 RON fara TVA,
— Recomandare din partea unui beneficiar,
— Declaratie cu amplasarea statiilor de distributie a carburantului cel putin 3 statii in judetul Giurgiu,
— Certificat ISO 9001.
