Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required Cifra medie anuala de afaceri pe ultimii 3 ani (2007, 2008, 2009) sa fie de cel putin 400 000 000 RON. Dovada ca dispune de 10 % din valoarea oferteipentru sustinerea derularii contractului.

2. resursele umane strict nec indeplinirii contractului: -un responsabil th cu exec (CFDP) care sa fie atestat in domeniul lucrarilor care urmeaza sa fie executate (RTE);
— un responsabil CQ atestat in domeniul lucr care urmeaza sa fie exec,
— un responsabil cu protectia mediului,
— un responsabil cu sanatatea si securitatea muncii,
— un coordonator proiect CFDP cu experienta in domeniul exec lucr de const dr de min. 10 ani,
— un coordonator proiect CFDP cu experienta in domeniul constr poduri de min. 10 ani,
— un sef de punct de lucru CFDP cu experienta in domeniul executiei lucr constr dr de min. 5 ani,
— un sef de punct de lucru CFDP cu experienta in domeniul exec lucr constr poduri de min. 5 ani,
— un responsabil cu sig circulatiei si managementul traficului, cu experienta in domeniul exec lucr constr dr si poduri de min. 5 ani,
— proiectant cu min. 3 ani vechime in proiectare lucr dr si poduri,
— sef proiect cu min. 5 ani vechime in proiectare lucr de dr si poduri.
3. Dovada realiz in ultimii 5 ani (socotiti prin raportare la data publicarii anuntului de participare), in calitate de contractant, asociat sau subcontractant, din cel mult doua contracte de lucrari de natura si complexitate similara lucrarilor ce fac obiectul procedurii (executie lucrari de modernizare drumuri si reparatii poduri) a unei valori cumulate de cel putin 150 000 000 RON fara TVA - val realiz in cal de contractant, asociat sau subcontractant
