Contractul de achizitie publica are ca obiect servicii juridice, contabile, audit, comerciale, gestionare si conexe, constând în realizarea operatiunilor de evaluare a SC Tarom SA de catre evaluator, în vederea determinarii valorii de piata a actiunilor emise de catre aceasta, cu respectarea si parcurgerea etapelor prevazute de Legea nr. 31/1990 republicata 2 cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, OUG nr.88/1997, aprobata prin Legea nr. 44 cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, Legea nr. 137/2002 cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare si HG nr. 577/2002, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare.
