III.1.1)Deposits and guarantees required:
Garantie de participare in lei pentru fiacre lot in parte: lot 1 = 1,117.20; lot 2= 723,60; lot 3= 4,608.36.Valabilitatea garantiei de participare trebuie sa fie egala cu perioada de valabilitate a ofertei. Garantia de participare poate fi constituita in urmatoarele forme:
a) ordin de plata in contul RO35TREZ7025005XXX000186,deschis la Trezoreria Sector 2, cod fiscal 9524980 cu conditia confirmarii acestuia de catre banca emitenta, pana la data deschiderii ofertelor in favoarea autoritatii contractante;
b)Scrisoare de garantie bancara in favoarea autoritatii contractante conform formularului anexat;
c) achitarea sumei la casieria autoritatii contractante;
d) instrument de garantare emis în conditiile legii de o de o societate de asigurari - Orice oferta care nu este însotita de garantia de participare (în original, in cuantumul si avand perioada de valabilitate mentionata in prezenta documentatie de atribuire) va fi considerata respinsa in cadrul sedintei de deschidere conform art. 33 alin 3 din HG 925/2006 actualizata. Cuantumul garantiei de buna executie va fi de 5 % din valoarea fara T.V.A. a contractului subsecvent in contul RO35TREZ7025005XXX000186,deschis la Trezoreria Sector 2, cod fiscal 9524980.
