a) Senzori piezoelectrici de tip flexibil, clasa I, de 3,50 m lungime, cu cablu coaxial de 50 m lungime – 488 buc.
b) Senzori piezoelectrici de tip flexibil, clasa II, de 0,40 m lungime, cu cablu coaxial de 50 m lungime – 244 buc.
3) Rasina poliuretanica, pentru fixarea in carosabil a senzorilor piezoelectrici de trafic, respectiv rasina poliuretanica PU200S, kit de 4 kg (rasina de baza + intaritor) – 610 kit-uri;
4) Senzori electromagnetici (bucle inductive), respectiv cablu pentru confectionat bucle inductive – 24 330 m.

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if requirements are met: Declaratie privind cifra medie de afaceri pe ultimii 3 ani 2007, 2008, 2009) care sa fie egala sau mai mare cu 10 080 000 RON, respectiv 2 400 000 EUR; Bilantul contabil la 31.12.2009 vizat si înregistrat la organele competente – in copie.
III.2.3)Technical capacity
Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if requirements are met:
Declaratie privind experienta similara in furnizarea unor astfel de produse in ultimii 3 ani. Se va completa Formularul nr. 6, din care sa rezulte ca ofertantul a derulat in ultimii 3 ani (pana la data depunerii ofertelor), cel mult 5 cinci contracte de furnizare produse similare, a caror valoare insumata sa fie mai mare sau egala cu 7 980 000 RON, respectiv 1 900 000 EUR fara TVA. La solicitarea autoritatii contractante ofertantul va prezenta, in termenul prevazut in respectiva solicitare:
a. copii ale contractelor declarate
b. recomandari din partea beneficiarilor din care sa rezulte ca ofertantul are experienta in livrarea de produse similare. Declaratie privind persoanele responsabile cu derularea contractului; Informatii privind partea din contract pe care ofertantul are, eventual, intentia sa o subcontracteze; Acord de asociereAsocierea va fi legalizata in cazul in care oferta comuna este declarata castigatoare. Certificate emise de organisme independente care atesta respectarea standardelor de asigurare a calitatii, respectiv ISO 9001. Declaratie pe propria raspundere privind respectarea legislatiei de securitate si sanatate in munca, in vigoare
