—— catre bugetul de stat consolidat, in urma verificarii balantei la 31.8.2010 sau ulterior,
—— catre bugetul local la data de 31.8.2010 sau ulterior,
— Certificatele vor fi prezentate in original sau copie legalizata,
— Certificat constatator emis, de Oficiul Registrului Comertului, cu cel mult 30 de zile inainte de data deschiderii ofertelor, in original sau copie legalizata,
— Certificatul constatator trebuie sa contina codurile CAEN actualizate conform Ordinului INS nr. 337/2007, inclusiv cele privind activitatea aferenta indeplinirii obiectului viitorului contract de achizitie publica.Certificat de inregistrare fiscala (C.U.I.), copie legalizata,
— Documente edificatoare care sã dovedeascã o formã de înregistrare ca persoanã juridicã, în conformitate cu prevederile legale din tara în care candidatul/ofertantul este rezident, valabile la data deschiderii ofertelor,
— Documentele oficiale depuse de persoanele juridice straine vor fi prezentate in original, insotite de traduceri autorizate in limba romana.

— Cerinta minima pentru capacitatea financiara a operatorului economic de a sustine lucrarea este de:

— Lista principalelor executari de lucrari efectuate in ultimii 5 ani (socotiti prin raportare la data-limita de depunere a ofertelor, astfel cum este mentionata in anuntul de participare) – pentru executantul lucrarilor,
— Lista principalelor prestari de servicii efectuate in ultimii 3 ani (socotiti prin raportare la data-limita de depunere a ofertelor, astfel cum este mentionata in anuntul de participare) – pentru prestatorul serviciilor,
— Experienta similara: Pentru executantul lucrarilor: ofertantul trebuie sa faca dovada incheierii (semnarii) si indeplinirii (receptionarii) [inclusiv recomandarile aferente] in ultimii 5 ani, a 2 contracte de executie lucrari,
—— 1 contract pentru lucrari similare pe drumuri nationale sau autostrazi si,
—— 1 contract de executie lucrari similare (aceeasi categorie, conform cod CPV),
— Experienta similara: Pentru prestatorul de servicii: ofertantul trebuie sa faca dovada incheierii (semnarii) si indeplinirii (receptionarii) [inclusiv recomandarile aferente] in ultimii 3 ani, a 2 contracte de prestari servicii:
—— 1 contract pentru prestarea unor servicii de proiectare drumuri nationale sau autostrazi si,
—— 1 contract pentru prestarea unor servicii de proiectare poduri/pasaje/viaducte,
— Recomandãri/Certificate constatatoare (sau alte documente echivalente) din partea altor beneficiari/clienti,
— Certificat emis de organisme independente care atesta respectarea standardelor de asigurarea calitatii, respectiv ISO 9001,
— Certificat privind sistemul de management de mediu ISO 14001,

— Documentele trebuie sa fie emise pentru domeniul de activitate care face obiectul procedurii,
— Declaratie pe propria raspundere privind respectarea legislatiei de securitate si sanatate in munca pe parcursul indeplinirii contractului,
— Declaratie pe propria raspundere si, totodata, dovezi privind dotarea tehnica,
— Lista cuprinzând întreprinderile afiliate, în masura în care acestea exista.

Pentru executant, experienta similara: drumuri nationale sau autostrazi, a carui valoarea minima impusa, va fi egala sau mai mare de 178 762 533 RON/42 234 686 EUR.
Pentru executant, experienta similara: (aceeasi categorie, conform cod CPV), a carui valoare minima impusa, va fi egala sau mai mare de 18 650 361 RON/4 406 360 EUR.
Experienta similara: Pentru prestatorul de servicii: DN sau Autostrazi valoare minima impusa, va fi egala sau mai mare de 1 536 677 RON/363 058 EUR;
— un contract pentru prestarea unor servicii de proiectare poduri/pasaje/viaducte, a carui valoare minima impusa, va fi egala sau mai mare de 160 371 RON/37 889 EUR.
