Perioada de valabilitate a garantiei de participare: 90 de zile de la data limita stabilita pentru depunerea ofertelor. Garantia de buna executie a contractului:
— se constituie in situatia in care valoarea fara TVA a unui contr subs este mai mare decat 50 000 RON,
— val acesteia este de 5 % din val fara TVA a contr subs.
Modul de constituire a garantiei de buna executie este sub forma:
— unui instrument de garantare emis în conditiile legii de o societate bancara sau de o soc de asigurari, care devine anexa la contr sau,
— cu OP in contul aut contr nr RO57TREZ1315006XXX011474 pentru sume pana in 1000 RON.
Instrumentul de garantare trebuie sa prevada daca plata garantiei se va executa conditionat sau neconditionat conf prev art.86 (3) din HG 925/2006 cu toate modificarile si completarile ulterioare.
