Garantia de participare 35 000 RON. Garantia de buna executie 5 % din valoarea contractului fara TVA.

— Declaratie privind neîncadrarea în situatiile prevazute la art. 181 din Ordonanta de urgenta a Guvernului nr. 34/2006,
— Certificat de Atestare Fiscala Pentru Persoane Juridice, privind obligatiile de plata catre bugetul general consolidat in original sau copie legalizata,
— Certificat de Atestare Fiscala pentru Persoane Juridice, privind impozitele si taxele locale si alte venituri ale bugetului local in original sau copie legalizta,
— Declaratie privind calitatea de participant la procedura,
— Certificat de inregistrare (CUI),
— Certificat constatator emis de Oficiul Registrului Comertului cu cel mult 30 de zile inainte de data deschiderii (original sau copie legalizata).

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if requirements are met: Oferantul va prezenta situatia economico-financiara pentru anii 2007, 2008 si 2009, (bilanturile inregistrate si vizate de organele competente).
Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required Cifra medie (minimala) de afaceri va fi 3 500 000 RON.

— Declaratie a ofertantului referitoare la efectivele medii anuale ale personalului angajat în ultimii 3 ani,
— Se solicita urmatorii experti cheie:
—— Expert cheie 1 – Manager de proiect,
—— Expert cheie 2 – Analist de sistem,
—— Expert cheie 3 – Responsabil tehnic dezvoltare,
—— Expert cheie 4 – Responsabil administrare baze de date,
—— Expert cheie 5 – Responsabil calitate,
—— Expert cheie 6 – Responsabil infrastructura hardware,
—— Expert cheie 7 - Responsabil GIS,
—— Lista principalelor contracte de prestari servicii derulate in ultimii 3 ani,
— Se solicita documente emise de catre organisme acreditate care confirma certificarea sistemului de management al calitatii firmelor ofertante (ISO 9001).

Se solicita maxim 2 contracte de implementare/ furnizare a unui sistem informatic integrat in domeniul gestiune situatii de urgenta pentru administratie publica, contracte cu valoare cumulata minima egala cu valoarea estimata a contractului ce face obiectul prezentei proceduri.
