This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, tools, materials (unless otherwise specified in this Scope of Work), equipment, incidental engineering, transportation and any other items and services necessary to plan, program, administer, manage, execute and complete refurbishment of the main power (13.2 KVA, 3-phase Delta) pole components and install a ABB/Kuhlman ME-015 Potential and Current Transformer system on two phases of the 3-Phase Delta system as outlined in attached document.
