THIS OPPORTUNITY WAS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER: Design Build MATOC, Vertical Projects, USACE Los Angeles DistrictThis contract action was accomplished using other than competitive procedures because this is a task/delivery order where an exception to fair opportunity requirements was approved as this is a follow-on order to a competitive initial order (FAR 8.405-6(b)(2) or 16.505(b)(2)(iii). The Contractor shall design and construct a solution to achieve Limited Rehabilitation Objectives of geologic site hazards associated with a Liquefaction Failure Mode as identified by Leighton Consulting, Inc. in the March 23, 2010 Leighton Consulting Inc. geotechnical investigation report and to be constructed as described by the Leighton Consulting, Inc. Supplemental Geotechnical Investigation, Modification No. 1, Evaluation of Lateral Spreading Potential, Bay Model Museum, 2100 Bridgeway. Sausalito, California dated August 19, 2010.
