COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION

REBUILD ROAD AT COMALES CAMPGROUND

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested.

A firm fixed price contract will be awarded to the most qualified and responsible contractor with the best price and can meet delivery deadlines. NAICS code: 237310 ; small business size is set at $33.5 million average annual receipts.

Contractors must be registered and current in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) http://www.ccr.gov) and Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) https://orca.bpn.gov)

Solicitation number #AG-83A7-S-10-0014 being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation documents and associated attachments and exhibits are available with this notice.

This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-44, dated July 8, 2010.

This solicitation incorporates one or more clauses by reference, with the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. The full text of these and any clauses may be accessed electronically at http://acquisition.gov/far/index.html.

Quotes are required to be received no later than 2:30 pm Mountain Daylight Time, Friday, September 17,2010, and must include the following: Company name, address phone numbers, DUNS number, the itemized quote, and the appropriate bid bond.
