The contractor shall provide one full time equivalent healthcare provide (physician's assistant, nurse practitioner or clinical psychologist) to manage operations of the Active Duty USAF Post-Deployment Health Reassessment (PDHRA) program at Kadena Air Base. Service shall include (but not limited to) continuing, comprehensive health maintenance and medical care. The contractor will maintain a program of comprehensive health, to include acute and routine patient care, preventive medicine, behavioral sciences, and community health for all patients enrolled in the PDHRA program. The solicitation will be posted on or about 6 September 2010. There will be no site visit scheduled for this acquisition. The proposal due date and time are: 14 September 2010, 4:00 PM Japan time.
