The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to transport bulk petroleum products by trucks from Hakozaki & Tsurumi in Kanagawa to each installation in Kanto Plain and Shizuoka Pref. Site Orientation is scheduled on 29 Aug 2011 at 1000 hrs. Submit the information of the participants to Mr. Shimizu via e-mail at chiyonori.shimizu.jp@yokota.af.mil prior to 1500 hours, 22 Aug 2011. All offerors are encouraged to participate in this schedule conference.NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFEROR MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO PERFORM WORK IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. Please consult the list of document viewers if you cannot open a file.
