a) Warunki wniesienia wadium:
— wadium moe by wniesione w pienidzu, porczeniach bankowych, gwarancjach bankowych, gwarancjach ubezpieczeniowych, porczeniach udzielanych przez podmioty, o których mowa w art. 6b ust. 5 pkt 2 ustawy z dnia 9.11.2000 r. o utworzeniu Polskiej Agencji Rozwoju Przedsibiorczoci (Dz.U. Nr 109, poz. 1158 z pón. zm.). Zamawiajcy dopuszcza skadanie tych dokumentów tylko w formie oryginaów, które naley doczy do zoonej oferty,
— wadium w wysokoci: dla czci I 20 000,00 PLN. (sownie: dwadziecia tysicy zotych), dla czci II 1 000,00 PLN. (sownie: jeden tysic zotych) naley wpaca na konto w banku NBP O/Lublin Nr 13 1010 1339 0008 4013 9120 0000 do dnia 4.10.2010 r,
— wadium wnoszone w pienidzu uznaje si za wniesione w terminie, jeeli znajdzie si na koncie bankowym Zamawiajcego do dnia 4.10.2010 r. do godziny 09:00.
b) Warunki zwrotu wadium i utraty wadium zgodne z art. 46 ustawy Prawo zamówie publicznych z wyjtkiem zapisu art. 46 ust. 4, gdzie: Wadium wniesione w pienidzu bdzie przechowywane na nie oprocentowanym koncie bankowym i zostanie zwrócone bez nalenych odsetek.
c) Wykonawca, który nie zabezpieczy oferty wadium zostaje wykluczony z postpowania, a jego oferta zostaje odrzucona. Termin wanoci wadium musi by zgodny z terminem zwizania ofert.
