Oferta musi by zabezpieczona wadium w wysokoci 2 245,00 PLN.

Zamawiajcy wymaga, aby zapata za dostaw przedmiotu zamówienia nastpia w terminie 30 dni od daty wystawienia faktury VAT.

Wykonawcy mog wspólnie ubiega si o udzielenie zamówienia .W takim przypadku Wykonawcy ustanawiaj penomocnika do reprezentowania ich w postpowaniu o udzielenie zamówienia Albo reprezentowania w postpowaniu i zawarciu umowy w sprawie zamówienia publicznego.
