This proposed contract action is for Non-Personal Services Contract for one (1) Ordained Roman Catholic Priest for which the Government intends to negotiate with only one (1) source (ARCHDIOCESE OF AGANA) under the authority of FAR 6.302. This is not a request for competive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Period of Performance: 01 October 2010 through 30 September 2011, with an option to extend the terms of the contract for an additional one (1) year period. This proposed contract action will be processed using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP).
