This is an open tender contest where the objective is to enter into parallel framework agreements for delivery of Audio Visual (AV) equipment for enterprises/units in municipal services in Sarpsborg municipality (SK), henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority. Audio Visual equipment is defined as:
Group 1:
— Projectors.
— Digital/ interactive boards.
— Digital information monitors.
— Digital camera/video camera.
— Audio system.
Group 2:
— Digital interaction systems (video conference system).
The framework agreement involves procurement, possibly installation and service of the products described in the requirement specifications (annex 1) and close related products. In case of uncertainty, the Awarding Authority will determine if a product is to be considered as “close related” or not.
