Oslo kommune, Bydel Grünerløkka would like to enter into a contract with 1 service provider for the transport of elderly persons to day-care centres in The District of Grünerløkka in The Municipality of Oslo.
The day-care centres are situated at Sofienbergsenteret in Helgesens gate 62 and Grünerløkka nursing home in Markveien 61.

II.2.1)Total quantity or scope
The service shall be carried out in the period 3rd of January 2011 - 2nd of January 2013.
The contract has an option for the awarding authority to extend the contract for a further 1 + 1 year on unchanged terms.
The transport service consists of special transport for disabled persons and transport of elderly persons who are not disabled.
The assignment consists of:
a) Transport of 25 elderly persons (who can walk) to the day-care centre at Sofienbergsenteret (elderly persons who are not disabled). The number of persons can vary during the contract period.
b) Special transport of 14 elderly disabled persons (wheelchair users or persons with acute walking problems who need carrying in a carrying chair by two persons) to/from Sofienbergsenteret and Gründerløkka nursing home (disabled persons). The number of persons and what help they need can vary during the contract period.
The transport to the day-care centres is geographically within the district of Grünerløkka's borders within the Municipality of Oslo.
The day-care centres are located in Sofienbergsenteret in Helgesens gate 62 and Grünerløkka nursing home in Markveien 61.

— The service provider shall have fulfilled obligations relating to the payment of taxes and VAT.
Norwegian service providers: Tax certificates for tax and VAT, not older than 6 months calculated from the date for receipt of tenders.
Norwegian service providers who do not have to pay VAT shall enclose confirmation of this from the tax authorities.
Foreign service providers: Foreign service providers shall enclose certificates from equivalent authorities to the Norwegian tax authorities.
