The Research Council of Norway shall enter into an agreement for the purchase of technical and business consulting services, which include marketing and negotiating skills according to specifications as well as actual negotiations for new rental contracts on behalf of the Council.
The Research Council of Norway presently leases a total of approx. 13 700 m² in the center of Oslo. The current leases expire 31.12.2013.
A project for the negotiation of new rental contracts has been established.
