The extent of the contract is expected to be between 10 000 000–15 000 000 NOK per annum. Attention is drawn to the fact that this amount is only a starting point for the competition. The armed forces is constantly increasing the share of internet publication and it is therefore difficult to estimated the extent for a four year period.

Description of particular conditions: Service providers must check in advance that the offered personnel can be security cleared up to national Restricted and NATO Restricted in order to handle and print products. Service providers must therefore have, enter into or be able to enter into a separate security contract with the National Security Authority (NSM). The Act dated 20.3.1998 on preventative security service (the Security Act) and the regulations for security graded procurements dated 1.7.2001 apply for this procurement. Service providers shall sign a self-declaration, cf. annex 10 that confirms that there are no reasons as to why security clearance cannot be given for the personnel.
