III.2.1)Personal situation of economic operators, including requirements relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers
Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: (1) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
(2) Company tax certificate (National requirement).
The certificates shall be issued on form RF-1244 from the chief municipal treasurer. The certificates shall not be older than 6 months. Any arrears shall be explained/reasons shall be given.
Foreign tenderers must enclose equivalent confirmation that public taxes have been paid in the country where the tenderer is established.

Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required: Tenderers shall enclose the annual accounts for the last two accounting years together with the auditor's annual report.
Tenderers can be credit assessed.
Newly started companies shall enclose the accounts and auditor reports for the period that the company has been in operation.

Short description of the tenderer's personnel and technical units that the tenderer can use for fulfilment of the contract.

Tenderers shall have an organisation that is suitable to ensure fulfilment of the contract obligations for the whole of the contract period. There are therefore requirements for technical qualifications and economic financial strength.
Tenderers shall, in their tender, describe and document their qualifications in the requested order and manner. Tenderers who fulfil the mentioned qualification requirements will have their tender assessed.
