Qualification requirement:
The supplier is required to have a legally registered and established company.
Documentation:
Company registration certificate (or StartBANK).
Foreign tenderers are required to enclose equivalent certificates as mandated in the law in the country where the company is registered.
Tax certificates.
Two tax certificates shall be enclosed:
— Tax certificate (tax, advance payment, garnishments, payroll tax).
— VAT certificate.
The tax certificate and the VAT certificate can be ordered from the same place. Tenderers can either apply to their local tax collection office or to the tax office.
The certificates shall not be older than 6 months, calculated from the deadline for receipt of tenders.
Tenderers with business addresses in other EEA countries than Norway shall enclose equivalent certificates in accordance with the procurement regulations § 20-12 (3).
